These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fifty Codes, the digital marketplace operated by FIFTY CODES NIG LIMITED (RC 8450345), with its registered office at No 115, Lagos–Abeokuta Expressway, Ijaiye, Ojokoro, Lagos State, Nigeria. Please read them carefully before using the store.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using Fifty Codes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Use of the Service

Orders and Payment

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and US Dollars (USD). We accept payment through our third-party payment processor, TransactPay, which handles your transaction securely. Regardless of the display currency you choose, all sales are settled in NGN. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

Intellectual Property & Licenses

All digital products on Fifty Codes — software and apps, e-books, movies and films, music and audio, and games — are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to us or our suppliers. When you buy a product, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use it for your personal use; the product is licensed, not sold. Piracy, unauthorised copying, and redistribution are strictly forbidden and may result in suspension of your account and legal action.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and how to request a refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fifty Codes and FIFTY CODES NIG LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or any product purchased through it. The service and its products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
