Refund Policy

Fifty Codes, operated by FIFTY CODES NIG LIMITED (RC 8450345), sells digital products only — software and apps, e-books, movies and films, music and audio, and games. Because these are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in the way a physical item can, this policy explains when a refund is possible and how to request one.
Refund Eligibility
Once a download has been accessed or a license key has been revealed, the sale is generally final. However, we will consider a refund in the following cases:
- Non-delivery — you paid but did not receive your download link or license key, and we are unable to deliver it.
- Duplicate charges — you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Faulty or non-working product — the product is faulty, corrupted, or does not work as described, and you report it to us within 7 days of purchase so we can verify and try to resolve it.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital goods that have already been downloaded, consumed, or used.
- License keys that have been revealed, activated, or redeemed.
- Purchases where you simply changed your mind after accessing the product.

Currency
Approved refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. As all sales settle in Nigerian Naira (NGN), refunds are processed in NGN in line with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations and through the same payment method used for the purchase, where possible.
